The INTERFLUX® flux gel IF 8300-6 has reological properties similar to resin. It is completely free of halogens, ensuring high long-term reliability and extremely good welding capacity. The IF 8300 supports unleavened and normal reflow profiles, and the average flux is designed to be volatile at these temperatures. Your minimo transparent residue does not need cleaning. This flux can be applied by printing, dispensing or brushing or brushing. IF 8300-6 is available in other viscosities such as 8300 or 8300-4 for different applications.

The IF 8300-6 allows unleaded welding.

Applications:

Flux 8300 BGA gel should be used as well. The optimal working temperature is 18 to 25 °C.


Directly from syringe :
1. Clean surfaces to weld before applying the flux gel.
2. Apply the amount of fair flux to cover the component.
3. Soldier components.

With brush or brush :
