OPERATION OF ORDERS

1.- RECEPTION, When placing the order, the system will generate an AUTOMATIC email of information to the client confirming the receipt of the order.

2.- VERIFICATION AND PREPARATION. Upon receiving the order, PCXEON.COM will contact you if there is any stock problem.

3.- DELIVERY:

TRANSFER: Once the proof of the transfer is received, we will proceed to the management of your requested order.

CREDIT CARD: Once the order is received we will proceed to manage it.

We will send your order on the same day as long as it is in stock 24 hours a day and it is made before 5:30 p.m. selecting the Correos Express or Sending transport, from Monday to Thursday and on Fridays before 1:30 p.m., otherwise it will leave the next business day .

Orders completed from Monday to Thursday before 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays before 1:30 p.m. selecting the Correos transport, will be shipped the next business day.

If the client wishes, delivery can be made elsewhere, such as at the end user's facilities, being obliged, in this case, to express it in writing in each order to PCXEON, in the section prepared for that purpose.

PCXEON will not be responsible for delays in deliveries due to force majeure and/or other causes beyond PCXEON's control.

PCXEON reserves the right to proceed to the automatic cancellation of the order if, before its delivery, the buyer presents a file of suspension of payments or bankruptcy or is subject to any of these procedures by a third party.

PRICES All prices published on the Web INCLUDE VAT.
All prices published on the Web INCLUDE THE DIGITAL CANON WHEN APPLICABLE.
The prices shown may be changed without prior notice due to typographical or logistical errors or specific conditions of the manufacturer. In this case, PCXEON will communicate this change to the client when formalizing the order, and the latter may formalize the order with the price and conditions notified or well dismiss the same at no additional cost.
Any type of promotion will be expressed with VAT (unless otherwise clearly indicated).

TRANSPORTATION RATES

The client can choose between picking up the material in our Warehouse by their own means or accepting a CHARGE for transportation in their geographical area, established in the ordering system that will be reflected in the invoice issued by PCXEON.

Said charge is calculated based on a light and manageable package, and may be revised in the event that the material to be sent is greater than 3Kg and its dimensions and bulkiness force the transport company to review the specific amount for that shipment.

In this case, PCXEON will contact the client to confirm this fact BEFORE proceeding with the shipment, the client being able to accept the shipment, decline the shipment or establish their own transport, without commitment or additional cost.

Transportation rates will vary with respect to weight and shipping areas. Below we indicate the rates for a light and manageable package:

- PENINSULA 24H-48H: €4.50 + VAT SHIPPING

- PENINSULA 24H: €5.90 + VAT CORREOS EXPRESS

- PORTUGAL 24H-48H: €7.50 + VAT SHIPPING

- BALEARIC ISLANDS 24H-72H: €7.00 + VAT CORREOS EXPRESS PAQ72

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payment through Transfer will not have any charge.

Payment by credit or debit card, will have a cost of 1% of the total invoice with no minimum.

CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT

Deliveries of different orders that are shipped on the same day will only carry a freight charge as long as the client notifies his interest in receiving all the material in a single package. And as long as in the second purchase order you choose INCLUDE IN ANOTHER ORDER as the shipping method, choosing the Order Number made previously and as long as PCXEON has already sent the previous order.

If sent by our means, the merchandise will be insured by the transport agency contracted by PCXEON, in the event that the client detects an accident in the delivery of the merchandise or the lack of any package, IT IS ESSENTIAL that such fact be recorded on the delivery note of the carrier and communicate the incident, by e-mail to info@pcxeon.com or by calling our Customer Service department, within a maximum period of 24 hours.
