Please make sure, before installing, mounting, gluing, etc., that you DO NOT remove the plastic protective covers from the screen. You must first pre-assemble it and test that the screen works correctly, as all touchscreens, LCD screens, or LED screens must be tested while still attached to the device. NO WARRANTY CLAIMS OR RETURNS of any kind will be accepted once the protective films have been removed, tampered with, or are missing.

Once the protective films have been removed, it will be assumed that the screen has been installed on the device, and from that point on, no claims for damage or defects will be accepted. The manufacturer only honors the warranty for the screen if it has not been installed, since it is fragile and may break during installation. In 95% of cases, the issue is due to incompatibility, not because the screen does not function properly.
