These NAND flash-based Micro-SATA modules are based on NAND flash drives varios 32 nm (MLC) levels Toshiba. Modules belong to third-generation HG High Performance SSDs Toshiba and offer the required performance for high-end laptops, with an advanced MLC controller that supports higher reading speeds and parallel data transfers. In addition, SSDs include levels to optimize performance, increasing reliability and resistance. The modules improve the system's response capacity with a maximum sequential reading speed of 220 MB/s and a maximum sequential writing speed of 180 MB/s and improve the overall computer experience thanks to faster start-up and application loading times.

The 1.8-inch boxless module is available at three capacity levels: 64, 128 and 256 GB and also offers AES data encryption as an option to admit only authorized access to data.
