Xigmatek HDT-D982 Durin, is the first low profile cooler to use the "Heatpipe Direct Touch" technology, which provides excellent cooling performance.

It has two 8mm tubes that are in direct contact with the processor. Use a new patented technique to fix the aluminum dissipation block to HDT tubes. This allows you not to use a copper base, obtaining a lighter dissipator and yet with better performance.

Includes a fan 90x90x25mm with PWM function. Thanks to its design and variable adjustment of revolutions, we will obtain from this fan the highest airflow, with a minimum sound level. The fan revolutions can be adjusted between 1500 and 2500 RPM, generating a maximum airflow 25.2CFM.

In addition, efficiency at the sound level has been improved, as the fan is subject to the base through a new anti-vibration system.

HDT-D982 Durin supports socket Intel 775, 115x, 1200 and 1366.
