CONSUMER GOODS:

Consumer goods supplied by PCXEON have a warranty period of 3 years from the date of delivery, according to current law.

To make use of the guarantee within the established legal term of 3 years following the delivery of the product, it is essential to present proof of purchase (delivery note, invoice...). After this period, and in the event that the purchased product has an additional guarantee granted by the manufacturer, it must be processed directly with the manufacturer, PCXEON will not be responsible for such cases.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or return will be chosen, in the legally established terms.

When the lack of conformity manifests itself after 2 years and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer could require an independent expert report to process the guarantee. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation during the warranty period, the expert report will not be necessary to process the warranty.

During the time that the consumer is deprived of the product, the computation of the guarantee term is suspended; For example, if the repair of an object lasts 15 days, the guarantee period will end 15 days after the originally scheduled date. PCXEON will try to ensure that said period is as long as possible, so as not to harm the interest of the user who is exercising his guarantee right.

Intermediate goods <For the Manufacture or Repair of other Goods> supplied by PCXEON have a warranty period that we specify for each product and detail below:

LCD, LED Laptop Screens: 6 Months Warranty

LCD Screens, Tablet LEDs, Telephones,...: 3 Month Warranty

All Touch Screens: 3 Month Warranty

All Portable Batteries, Mobile Batteries, etc...: 6 Months Warranty

Laptop Keyboards: 6 Months Warranty

Inverter: 3 Months Warranty

LCD Cables: 6 Month Warranty

Power Feeders: 1 Year Warranty

DC Jacks: 3 Month Warranty

LCD Hinges and Brackets: 1 Month Warranty

Laptop Motherboards: 1 Month Warranty

Laptop Fans: 1 Month Warranty

Hard Drives: 1 Year Warranty

DVD Reader Units: 3 Months Warranty

The Intermediate goods supplied by PCXEON are intended for sale to Repair Professionals, as well as to qualified IT Technical Services, so the rules governing the warranty process will be in accordance with the "Spanish Commercial Code current".
In no case are they consumer goods, so the "Distance Sales Law" and the "Consumer Goods Guarantee Law" are not applicable, since in both cases they are rules applicable to Consumers.
 
The guarantee will lose its value when:


1. Goods that have been tampered with or repaired by a person or entity outside of PCXEON or its authorized repair centers.
2. The defect or failure is the consequence of improper use or treatment of the goods.
3. The goods are not accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
4. Goods that show deterioration, elimination or concealment, by the client, of the PCXEON Guarantee Label or the Manufacturer.
5. Software and/or virus problems.
6. The goods burned by electrical surges.
7. Broken or damaged goods subjected to impact.
9. Improper repair, modification or expansion by the customer of a piece of equipment.
 
Conditions for companies, freelancers and distributors:

When the client is a distributor, or invoices as a company (non-physical person) or self-employed person, the shipping costs to our facilities will always be borne by the client, since the law on consumer goods does not regulate the sale between companies. In addition, the guarantee in these cases will be that stipulated by the manufacturer of the product.
 
Processing of the Guarantee:

To process a Guarantee you will have to go to your account-> Guarantees and here you can select the article which you want to process and if it is within the deadline for processing you have to click on the last box in the row where it says Guarantee and this will take you to the section where you will have to fill out the form and thus be able to Request the guarantee.

Once reviewed by our department, the return authorization will be sent to you.
You can see the status of your return whenever you want in your account in the Guarantees section.

However, you will receive an email, indicating the state in which you are.


There are certain manufacturers that directly manage the breakdowns/defects/incidents produced in their products to provide a quality after-sales service and reduce time. In this case, the customer may choose to take or send the damaged product directly to the manufacturer's SAT, generally at no cost to the customer.
In the event that the product shipped is in perfect condition and the problem is configuration, it will be returned to the customer postage due, being able to invoice the labor used in the verification or test of the supposedly damaged item.
PCXEON is not responsible for the personal information contained in the PC or storage unit. The client is responsible for the data or information in the material to be repaired and for making the relevant backup copies.
 
Warranty processing times

The term to exercise the guarantee of an article supplied by PCXEON does not usually exceed 15-20 days, it is tried to be done in the shortest time possible, since it must be sent to the distributor or manufacturer. When this article fails in the first month due to a manufacturing defect, it is verified that it is failing and it is changed the next day or at the same time that stock is available again.
