Return conditions for private customers

To make a return you will have to enter your customer account and in the Returns section you will see all the items that are within the return period, you only have to mark the item or items you want to return, indicate the reason and send said request. Once reviewed by our returns department, the authorization will be sent to you.

You can see the status of your return whenever you want within your account in the returns section.

However, you will receive an email, indicating the state in which you are.

In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, except for the exceptions provided for in article 103, the consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring in any cost other than those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108.

• Returns of goods purchased at PCXEON will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

 

1. The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the employer, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.

2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

3. The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as computers configured on demand.

4. The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.

5. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

6. The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed inseparably with other goods.

7. The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

8. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

9. The goods must be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item.

10. Goods that have been tampered with or repaired by a person or entity outside of PCXEON or its authorized repair centers.

11. The defect or failure is the result of improper use or treatment of the goods.

12. The goods are not accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or invoice.

13. The goods that present a deterioration, elimination or concealment, by the client, of the Guarantee Label of PCXEON or of the Manufacturer.

14. Goods such as LCD Screens, Touch Screens and the like are not delivered with their screen protectors intact or without them. And in the case of LCD or LED screens for laptops, the return will not be accepted if it has a scratch or blow.

15. The goods in Blister that it is open or Broken, Except Tare or Defect.

16. Goods such as Tools, Liquids, Thermal Pastes, Sprays, etc... Except Tare or Defect that will be exchanged for the same product.

17. The supply of goods in condition of sale as "ON REQUEST", a product that is requested from the client, upon prior payment and with an approximate delivery time, which may vary.

 

• Once the Returns form has been filled out and sent, you will receive an email with the instructions and the assigned Return number, which will have to be clearly visible outside the package, so that it can be sent to our facilities.

• The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by you. You are free to choose and search for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.

• We will make the payment within a maximum period of 15 calendar days after receiving the goods in our warehouses and verifying that they are in perfect condition.

• Once our department has checked the returned goods, we will refund the payment received by you in your virtual wallet.

• Said conditions do not annul the right of guarantee or exchange of defective products. PCXEON reserves the right to deny the return in case any anomaly is detected in the returned product.

Conditions of returns for DISTRIBUTORS, COMPANIES or SELF-EMPLOYED

To make a return you will have to enter your customer account and in the Returns section you will see all the items that are within the return period, you only have to mark the item or items you want to return, indicate the reason and send said request. Once reviewed by our returns department, the authorization will be sent to you.

You can see the status of your return whenever you want within your account in the returns section.

However, you will receive an email, indicating the state in which you are.

• Such returns will be processed as a commercial return, since there is no law that regulates return rights between companies and said procedures are regulated according to PCXEON's conditions.

• Only returns of material without unsealing and in perfect condition will be accepted, during the 14 calendar days after receipt.

• It will be charged from €6+VAT to €30+VAT depending on the item, for each item returned for packaging, handling and return management.

 

  - Products from €0.01 to €40 will be charged €6

  - Products from €40.01 to €100 will be charged €12

  - Products from €100.01 to €150 will be charged €18

  - Products from 150.01 to €200 will be charged €24

  - Products of €200.01 and over will be charged €30

 

• Returns of goods purchased at PCXEON that do not meet the following points will not be accepted:
